Types of classes
Our gyms have a huge range of group fitness classes to choose from, plus aqua aerobics classes at Logan North - so there is always something on to suit everyone.
Our classes will help you get fit and active, tone up, destress, achieve your health and fitness goals, and have fun in a friendly and welcome environment. Our class instructors will help guide and encourage you through exercises in a fun, safe and positive environment whether you are a long time member or completely new to classes.

We offer a variety of class times to fit in with your busy lifestyle and for all of our members at each of our gyms.
