I have been attending the Logan Councl gym at Crestmead for the best part of a year now. Signed up with exercise physiologist Jessica along with my partner and son. Jess has looked after our exercise programs in a friendly efficient manner. We all are reaping the benefits. There is plenty of parking at the gym and the equipment is well maintained. We attend a group session each Monday. It is great having the camaraderie of the group.
