Logan Leisure Centres offers a wide range of swim programs for all ages and abilities. We offer learn-to-swim classes for babies right through to competitive swim squad training. Our learn-to-swim program is broken down into four terms throughout the year. Download our Swim School Calendar for more information.
All our programs are designed to build confidence, safety and skill in the water.
Aqualogan’s award-winning Learn to Swim program teamed up with Laurie Lawrence Swim a few years back. Since adopting Laurie’s world-renowned teaching methods and programs we’ve gone from strength to strength.
All our swim instructors have been trained in these tried and true practices and provide consistent lessons for all swimmers. They hold industry-specific qualifications with AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia and regularly attend professional development seminars.
Our instructors share Laurie’s passion for educating families on water safety. They also make swimming fun and achieve maximum practice time.
The environment at our swim school is friendly, warm and welcoming to everyone. We take pride in being able to put names to faces and track the progress of our swimmers.
We offer a free assessment with qualified instructors to assess your child’s swimming ability. We then recommend the correct learn-to-swim level. This ensures your child has a rewarding swimming experience and progresses at a comfortable rate.
The assessment runs for 15 minutes and is not too overwhelming for any child new to swimming. These sessions also enable you to review the facilities and to ask any questions you may have.
Aqualogan Paddle Splash is a FREE introductory swim program for children aged 3 months to 3 years.
Sessions run the last four weeks of each term in our indoor heated pools.
The next sessions are:
The next Logan North Paddle Splash starts Wednesday 2nd June 2021
