Group fitness

We offer a variety of class times to fit in with your busy lifestyle for all of our members at each of our gyms. These timetables will be subject to change from time to time, depending on demand and feedback from members and instructor availability so please be sure to check for the latest timetables on our site via the links below.

Gentle Exercise

Light group training including resistance, stretching and cardiovascular exercise in one session. Suitable for all ages who enjoy low-intensity activities.

AquaZUMBA

AquaZumba blends Zumba with water resistance for a pool party that you don’t want to miss.

Water aerobics classes that focus on building strength and cardiovascular fitness without extra strain and stress on the joint.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

inABT

inABT

inABT is a low to moderate intensity class, with strength & conditioning designed to strengthen and sculpt the muscles of the abdominal area, butt and thighs.

A military-inspired, group personal training class that will push you to your limits as you achieve serious results, seriously fast, in a positive and social environment.

Terms 1 & 4 only. Working in a suspended state, makes any pool workout more challenging, without the impact of land-based exercise. Jump on in and give inDeep a try.

A unique method of body conditioning that integrates muscle control, breathing, flexibility, strength training and awareness that will engage both body and mind.

inPump

A highly effective circuit style barbell training class to work your major muscle groups, to tone and shape.  You chose the weight for a workout that will get your heart pumping!

inspin

inSpin

Combing cycling equipment and inspirational music, this freestyle stationary cycle class is challenging and fun.  Suitable for all fitness levels. Spaces are limited.

inStrength

A fun barbell training class that works on your major muscle groups to tone and shape.  You choose the weight and your instructor will lead you through a technique based workout.

inStrength Circuit

A fun combination of 6 or more exercises performed in rotation with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.

inSynergy

There is something for everyone in this mobility, stretch and flexibility class that is a mix of overall body stretches and foam roller work.  A great way to get your weekly wind down.

A total body, fat burner class incorporating high and low impact aerobic movements with circuit style training to help burn off those excess calories and increase fitness.

A full-body workout, providing intense cardiovascular training using the indoor spin bikes, combined with resistance-based exercises challenging the entire body from head to toe.

Build a stable, strong and supple body whilst increasing core strength, flexibility and spinal mobility as you progress.  This is definitely yoga for fitness.

Combining the body awareness and asanas of yoga with the core conditioning and stability of Pilates.  Lengthen, strengthen and define muscles whilst relaxing the mind.

A high-energy, fat-burning circuit training workout that mixes cardio and weights. A challenging class that has you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes.

Functional Circuit

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT

A mix of bodyweight resistance, fun drills and fitness tests with low to moderate circuits to keep your body guessing.  Be ready for anything and bring your “A” game!

FUNCTIONAL FIT 

Functional Fit is a higher intensity class with a twist! This non-traditional workout utilises suspension training, power bags, ropes, kettlebells and much more!

VYPA®
