Logan City Council Leisure Centres

Queensland Mental Health Week at Logan Leisure Centres

Almost half of Australians have had a mental health condition, and one in five Australians experience mental ill-health each year. Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) will be held from 7-15 October to raise community awareness and understanding of mental health, reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions, and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

At Logan Leisure Centres, we understand that physical and mental health are two sides of the same coin, so take time this week to learn what activities boost your mental well-being, look out for those you care about, and connect with your community by participating in one of the events below:

  • Special Guest Seminars
  • Practical Workshops
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Massage Therapy*

Free to all Logan Leisure Centres members. Join us for a week of activities that can help you feel better, inside and out.
