Free Fruit Friday

The last Friday of the month is Free Fruit Friday at inSports Health & Fitness Centres for all our gym members. Did you know that one apple contains Vitamin A, vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, potassium and dietary fibre? And there is increasing evidence that whole foods such as fruit are more effective in reducing the risk of cancer than specific vitamin and mineral supplements. Do you suffer from a recurring physical condition or injury such as back pain? If you answered yes, we invite you to attend our FREE Chronic Health Education session, developed and delivered by our inSports Logan Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in an 'exercise is medicine' approach to treat and maintain recurring (chronic) physical conditions. During the sessions our experts will explain, in everyday language, what a "chronic" health condition is - and how specific physical activities and exercises can improve problems.
