Champion Basketball School of Queensland

Basketball Queensland, in conjunction with Queensland School Sport and Queensland Secondary School Basketball, stages the Champion Basketball School of Queensland (CBSQ) tournament in September each year. Held since 1974 the event attracts a great deal of interest from secondary schools across the state each year with over 120 boys and girls teams competing across several open-age divisions. The winning team from each Boys & Girls Championship Division gain automatic entry into Basketball Australia’s Australian Schools Championships held each year in December.
